The aim of this group is to help to protect the environment. Some of the initiatives it has organised are:
-Rubbish pick ups for ‘Keep NZ Beautiful Week’, including sign making.
-'Real Food Hokianga’ day which has been held annually at the Rawene town hall.
-‘Rent a Plate’, encouraging waste free events in Hokianga and reducing single use plastic.
